Information on processing sensitive data in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/03

Pursuant to Law n. 675 of 31 December 1996 laying down rules on "Protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data", it is stated that Palomar SpA guarantees the confidentiality of personal data of the member in compliance with those laws. These data will be processed, communicated and disseminated, with the aid of electronic or directly automated device or programs, for the sole purpose of sending information based communications regarding products, Palomar S.p.A’s initiatives and activities. The user has the right to exercise, at any one time, the rights recognized in Art. 13 of Law no. 675/1996. Palomar SpA is the data controller, that treats data independently and assumes the title of "Holder of personal data" when entering such data in his possession and under its direct control, with registered office Via Guglielmo Imperiali di Francavilla, 4-00135 Rome. Instances referred to in the previous paragraph can be addressed by registered A/R at the registered office of Palomar S.p.A. above, or by e-mail at email@example.com. In the same way, you also have the right to know the identity of those responsible for free treatment, possibly designated by the company owner. By completing the registration form and accepting of these terms, you hereby consent to the processing and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes outlined above. The user is aware that by completing the registration process you consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 11 of Law 675/96 on privacy.
